Abstract
The study reviewed relevant legislation in the area and conducted onsite and telephone interviews with criminal justice data managers and researchers. The impact of DOJ requirements for Research Agreements and Privacy Certificates is also addressed. The document is the fourth in the series of Information Policy Reports issued by BJS.
