Abstract

THE SECOND PORTION OF THE BOOK DETAILS THE PROVISIONS OF THE LAW OF SPECIFIC OFFENSES, THE VARIOUS DEGRESS OF GUILT, AND THE DEFENSES WHICH CAN BE RAISED TO A CRIMINAL CHARGE. EACH POINT IS ILLUSTRATED WITH A CASE SUMMARY OR EXCERPTS FROM A JUDICIAL OPINION.
