Abstract
THE DIFFERENT TYPES OF CRIMES AND CRIMINAL CHARGES ARE DEFINED AND CLASSIFIED. OTHER TOPICS COVERED INCLUDE THE VARIOUS LEGAL PROCESSES FROM ARREST TO APPEAL, CRIMINAL LAW ADMINISTRATION. AND THE CITIZEN'S DUTY AND PROTECTION. THE RIGHTS OF CITIZENS, POLICE AND CRIMINAL RECEIVE ATTENTION UNDER ALL POINTS OF LAW. THE AUTHORS CALL UPON TYPICAL, SIMPLIFIED EXAMPLES TO DEMONSTRATE THE ENFORCEMENT OF LAW IN VARIOUS CRIMINAL OFFENSES.
