A COMPREHENSIVE REVIEW OF SPECIFIC CRIMES IS PRESENTED. CRIMES BY AND AGAINST JUVENILES, AND NARCOTICS- AND ALCOHOL-RELATED OFFENSES ARE EXAMINED AS WELL. A GLOSSARY OF LEGAL TERMS IS ALSO INCLUDED (AUTHOR ABSTRACT MODIFIED) (SNI ABSTRACT)
