Abstract
IN DISCUSSING THE LEGAL HANDLING OF CRIME, COMMENTS ARE MADE ON JUDICIAL REVIEW, THE DUE PROCESS CLAUSE, THE EQUAL PROTECTION CLAUSE, AND THE UNCONSTITUTIONAL LAW. COMMENTS ON CRIMINAL PARTICIPATION COVER PRINCIPAL IN THE VARIOUS DEGREES, ACCESSORIES, COMPOUNDING, AND THE CRIMINAL CODES, CRIMES DISCUSSED ARE ATTEMPT TO COMMIT A CRIME, CONSPIRACY, CRIMES AGAINST THE EXISTENCE OF GOVERNMENT, HOMICIDE, CRIMES OF VIOLENCE, SEX CRIMES, CRIMES AGAINST PUBLIC PEACE, THEFT AND STOLEN PROPERTY, PROPERTY CRIMES, OBSTRUCTING JUSTICE, AND COUNTERFEITING, FORGERY, AND UTTERING.
