Other Part I topics are mentally disordered offenders, costs, misbehavior and contempt of court, binding-over orders, and professional duties. Part II addresses specific sentencing problems and summarizes the leading guideline cases for particular offenses. Offenses are categorized as offenses against the person; public order offenses; theft, forgery, and counterfeiting; fraud; pornography; sexual offenses; prostitution; illegal drugs; motor vehicle offenses; and miscellaneous offenses. Appended supplementary guidance for magistrates and tables of cases, statutes, regulations and orders, and abbreviations.
