Abstract
THE JUVENILE LAW DEALS WITH JURISDICTION OF THE FAMILY COURT; COURT PROCEDURES; DETENTION OF JUVENILES; PROVISIONS FOR APPEAL; CERTAIN ADULT CASES WHICH MAY BE TRIED IN FAMILY COURT; PENALTIES; AND PAROLE. THE MINOR OFFENSE LAW CONCERNS SUCH ACTS AS BEGGING, PEEPING, VAGRANCY, POSSESSION OF CONCEALED WEAPONS, INDECENT EXPOSURE, LITTERING, AND CRUELTY TO ANIMALS. SPECIFIC PENALTIES ARE NOT SET. SPECIAL PROVISIONS ARE MADE FOR ADJUSTING AMOUNTS OF FINES IN VIEW OF THE CHANGING ECONOMIC SITUATION.
