WHITE COLLAR CRIME, VANDALISM, AND DRUG USE ARE EXAMPLES OF CRIMES CHARACTERISTIC OF THESE TRENDS. BRIEFLY DESCRIBED ARE CRIME TRENDS IN BLACK AFRICA, ARAB STATES, LATIN AMERICA, COMMUNIST CHINA, THE SOVIET UNION, POLAND, THE UNITED STATES, GREAT BRITAIN, ISRAEL, SWEDEN, AND ESPECIALLY FRANCE.
