Abstract
TOPICS COVERED IN THE INTRODUCTION TO THE INTERVIEW INCLUDE THE HISTORY OF POLICE UNIONS, FACTORS INFLUENCING POLICE TO FORM UNIONS, DIFFERENCES BETWEEN PUBLIC AND PRIVATE SECTOR UNIONS, POLICE EXECUTIVES AND THE COLLECTIVE BARGAINING PROCESS, THE POLICE OFFICER'S BILL OF RIGHTS, AND WAYS IN WHICH POLICE MANAGAMENT CAN ENHANCE LABOR RELATIONS ON A DAY-TO-DAY BASIS.
