ANALYSIS OF INITIAL PHASE OF JUVENILE DELINQUENCY CONTROL PROGRAM, AND PROPOSAL OF FOURTEEN PREVENTION PROGRAMS IN THE CARBONDALE COMMUNITY HIGH.
Abstract
STEPS NECESSARY TO COMPLETE SECOND PHASE OF THE PROJECT. THE FOCUS OF THE PROJECT IS ON THOSE STUDENTS, WHO ARE NOT COLLEGE BOUND AND WHO ARE DEVELOPING DELINQUENT BEHAVIORAL PATTERNS. BY USING PROFESSIONALLY ORIENTED GRADUATE STUDENTS AS COUNSELORS TO THESE STUDENTS, IT IS HOPED THAT GRADUATE STUDENTS WILL REMAIN IN THE CORRECTIONAL FIELD AND THAT A CURRICULUM WILL EVOLVE TO PREPARE PEOPLE TO WORK IN COMMUNITY BASED CORRECTIONS PROGRAM. THE PROJECT DESIGN IS SET FORTH IN TERMS OF GOALS, OBJECTIVES, RESOURCES, STRATEGY, BUDGET, AND EVALUATION PROCEDURE.
