Abstract
PIONEER MESSENGER SERVICES, PARTIALLY FUNDED BY THE DEPARTMENT OF LABOR MANPOWER ADMINISTRATION, OFFERS STEADY WORK TO 81 'UNEMPLOYABLES'. PROJECT MEMBERS PARTICIPATE IN ALL CAPACITIES, FROM TOP MANAGEMENT OF THE SERVICE TO DELIVERING PACKAGES. SUCCESS MOTIVATION IN THIS COMMERCIAL BUSINESS ENVIRONMENT IS YIELDING LOWER REHABILITATION COSTS AND SUPERIOR REHABILITATION RESULTS THAN MANDATORY THERAPEUTIC COUNSELING.
