THE AUTHOR DEFINES CIRCUMSTANTIAL EVIDENCE AND PRESENTS A SUMMARY OF CASES DEALING WITH ITS ADMISSIBILITY. HE DRAWS HIS OWN CONCLUSION THAT PENNSYLVANIA COURTS HAVE OVERLY RESTRICTED MEDICAL OPINION TESTIMONY BY PROVIDING STRINGENT STANDARDS FOR ITS USE.
