THE TATTOOED HAD LOWER INTELLIGENCE QUOTIENTS, HAD COMPLETED FEWER GRADES IN SCHOOL, AND HAD BEEN INVOLVED IN MORE PRISON RULE INFRACTIONS THAN THE NONTATTOOED UNMATES.
