STUDY OF TWO MATCHED GROUPS OF FRENCH ADOLESCENTS FROM THE SAME ENVIRONMENT TO ANALYZE POSITIONS TAKEN BY DELINQUENTS AND NON-DELINQUENTS IN SITUATIONS WHICH CALL UPON THEIR MORAL SENSE.
Abstract
THE STUDY DISTINGUISHED BETWEEN MORAL JUDGEMENT AND ACTUAL BEHAVIOR BY THE ADOLESCENTS. IT WAS CONCLUDED THAT DELINQUENTS MAKE MORAL JUDGEMENTS MARKEDLY LIKE THOSE OF NON-DELINQUENTS, THAT THERE EXISTS IN ANY INDIVIDUAL A DISCREPANCY BETWEEN HIS MORAL JUDGEMENT AND HIS BEHAVIOR, AND THAT THIS DISCREPANCY IS PARTICULARLY MARKED IN YOUNG DELINQUENTS. --IN FRENCH, SUMMARY IN ENGLISH
