Abstract
THE SOCIAL CHARACTERISTIC OF 'ORDERLY CONDUCT OF LIFE' WAS NOT FOUND TO HAVE MORE PREDICTIVE VALUE FOR THE SENTENCE THAN THE EXISTENCE OF A PREVIOUS CRIMINAL COURT RECORD. --IN GERMAN, SUMMARY IN ENGLISH
