Abstract
AREAS SINGLED OUT FOR PROTECTION EFFORTS INCLUDE RECEIVING FRAUD, SHIPPING FRAUD, DRIVER THEFT, EMPLOYEE PILFERAGE, INTRUDER THEFT, HIJACKING, AND FRAUDULENT SALVAGE SALES. SOME EXAMPLES OF SUCCESSFUL LOSS PREVENTION PROGRAMS ARE PRESENTED.
