THIS STUDY RECOMMENDS A MUCH MORE SIMPLIFIED PROCEDURE OF RELEGATING CRIMINAL CASES TO THE BRITISH CROWN COURT (JURY TRIALS) OR MAGISTRATE COURTS (TRIAL BY JUDGE).
Abstract
CURRENT PROCEDURES ARE VERY COMPLICATED AND CUMBERSOME. RECOMMENDATIONS ARE MADE FOR DETERMINING WHICH COURT'S JURISDICTION WOULD APPLY TO VARIOUS TYPES OF CRIMINAL OFFENSE.
