Abstract
The report describes the organization and committees of the District of Columbia courts, the operating budget, cash revenue, receipts and disbursements, and funding by source. It also describes significant decisions of the Court of Appeals, filings by category and ratio to dispositions, dispositions by methods, motions and petitions, criminal appeals as a percentage of convictions after trial, time on appeal, bar admissions, and bar disciplinary actions. Additional sections present statistical overviews of criminal cases, civil cases, family cases, probate cases, multi-door dispute resolution, social services, and court transcript production. Photographs, tables, and figures
