THIS REPORT REVIEWS THE ACCOMPLISHMENTS OF THE NATIONAL DISTRICT ATTORNEYS ASSOCIATION (NDAA) ECONOMIC CRIME PROJECT, ANALYZES PROBLEM AREAS OF THE PROJECT, AND SETS FORTH GENERAL AND SPECIFIC PROJECT RECOMMENDATIONS.
Abstract
THIS FEDERALLY FUNDED PROJECT WAS ONE OF THE FIRST SUBSIDIZED FOR THE PURPOSE OF INVESTIGATING AND PROSECUTING ECONOMIC CRIME PROJECT FACILITIES AND STAFF, THE ORGANIZATION OF THE FIELD OFFICES, THE PROJECT FISCAL ADMINISTRATION, THE PROJECT CONFERENCES, AND THE COMMUNICATIONS AND LIAISON ACTIVITIES OF THE PROJECT. EXTENSIVE DATA TABLES INDICATING THE DEMOGRAPHIC CHARACTERISTICS AND ECONOMIC CRIME INDICATORS FOR THE PROJECT'S JURISDICTIONS ARE PROVIDED. RECOMMENDATIONS ARE INCLUDED FOR EACH OF THESE MAJOR AREAS OF DISCUSSION.
