Abstract
THE PROGRAM EMPLOYS THE UNSTRUCTURED ATMOSPHERE OF THE OPEN CLASSROOM TECHNIQUE TO MAKE THE STUDENTS FEEL MORE AT EASE WITH THE LEARNING ENVIRONMENT. PEER-MEDIATED INSTRUCTION ALLOWS MORE ADVANCED STUDENTS TO HELP OTHER STUDENTS IN NEED OF REMEDIAL WORK. THE CONTROL TECHNIQUE FAVORED AT THE CENTER IS A FORM OF BEHAVIOR MODIFICATION WHICH REWARDS DESIRED BEHAVIOR AND GOAL ACHIEVEMENT.
