Abstract
THE TECHNIQUES DESCRIBED INCLUDE USE OF A 'DUD' PIPE BOMB, THE FALSE CITIZEN REPORT TACTIC, THE 'HABIT PATTERN' BOMBING TACTIC, THE AERIAL BOMBING TACTIC, THE ELEVATOR FIRE BOMB TACTIC, AND THE STOLEN/ABANDONED AUTOMOBILE TACTIC. SUGGESTIONS FOR AVOIDING POSSIBLE ENTRAPMENT BY THESE TECHNIQUES ARE PROVIDED. A DISCUSSION GUIDE AND QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS ON THIS TRAINING KEY ARE INCLUDED.
