Abstract
A PROGRAM SUMMARY, INCLUDING PLANNED ACCOMPLISHMENTS FOR 1974 AND LISTING THE FOUR PHASES OF DEVELOPMENT OF THE PROJECTS (TECHNOLOGY, CONCEPT, HARDWARE, AND FIELD TEST/STANDARDIZATION SUPPORT) IS GIVEN. PROJECT DESCRIPTIONS FOR CONTINUING PROGRAMS ARE FIRST PRESENTED. THESE ARE: A COST-EFFECTIVE SECURITY ALARM SYSTEM, A CITIZENS ALARM SYSTEM, LIGHTWEIGHT BODY ARMOR, SPEAKER IDENTIFICATION, AND A TRUCK ANTI-HIJACKING SYSTEM. NEW PROGRAMS PROJECT DESCRIPTIONS ARE THEN GIVEN, AND INCLUDE A STUDY OF LATENT FINGERPRINT RESEARCH, BLOOD AND BLOODSTAIN ANALYSIS, AND EXPLOSIVE DETECTION AND IDENTIFICATION.
