Abstract
THE SUBCOMMITTEE ON INTERNAL SECURITY HAS BEEN CONDUCTING A SERIES OF HEARINGS ON THE RECENT TREND TOWARD RESTRICTION OF LAW ENFORCEMENT INTELLIGENCE ACTIVITIES.
