EXHIBITS CONTAIN FORMS, CRIME ACTIVITY BREAKDOWN, A REPORT ON MANPOWER USAGE AND NEEDS, PEORIA ORDINANCES, REPORT WRITING, UNIFORM CRIME CLASSIFICATION, MOTOR VEHICLE LAWS, AND POLICE UNIFORM AND EQUIPMENT CODES. RECOMMENDATIONS FOR USE OF CIVILIAN PERSONNEL IN TRAFFIC CONTROL, UPDATED MANUAL, CENTRAL INVENTORY SYSTEM, AND NEW REPORTING SYSTEMS ARE MADE.
