RELEVANT FACTORS SUCH AS THE RATE OF ASSOCIATION, THE CONCENTRATION OF REACTANTS, THE IONIC STRENGTH OF THE MEDIUM, THE EFFICIENCY OF THE ELUTION PROCEDURE, AND THE SENSITIVITY OF THE DETECTION OF THE ELUTED ANTIBODY ARE INVESTIGATED.
