Abstract
POST-RELEASE BEHAVIORAL RESULTS, COLLECTED FROM SUPERVISING PAROLE OFFICERS, SHOWED BETTER EMPLOYMENTRELATED ADJUSTMENT FOR PROGRAM PARTICIPANTS, ESPECIALLY IN TERMS OF LOWER UNEMPLOYMENT RATES. OTHER MEASURES, INCLUDING SOCIAL-PERSONAL VARIABLES AND RECIDIVISM, SHOWED PARTICIPANTS ADJUSTING AT LEAST AS FAVORABLY, IF NOT MORE FAVORABLY, THAN NON-PARTICIPATING INMATES. (AUTHOR ABSTRACT)
