Abstract
THIS VOLUME CONTAINS REPORTS OF THE METHODOLOGY AND FINDINGS OF TELEPHONE AND FIELD SURVEYS OF ACTIVE OPERATION IDENTIFICATION PROJECTS, ABSTRACTS OF DOCUMENTS EXAMINED DURING A REVIEW OF PAST STUDIES ON PROPERTY MARKING PROGRAMS, AND A REPORT ON AN INDEPENDENT EVALUATION OF THE PHASE I STUDY. THE TELEPHONE AND FIELD FIELD SURVEYS WERE CONDUCTED IN ORDER TO GAIN INFORMATION ABOUT THE ACTUAL INTERVENTIONS BEING CARRIED OUT BY OPERATION IDENTIFICATION PROJECTS THROUGHOUT THE COUNTRY.
