Abstract

OTHER SEMINAR PRESENTATIONS COVERED DIRECT AND CROSS-EXAMINATION OF THE EXPERT, DEMONSTRATIONS AND EXPERIMENTS WITH THE EXPERT, GETTING THE JURY TO TRUST THE EXPERT, AND ARGUING EXPERT TESTIMONY IN THE SUMMATION. ALSO CONSIDERED ARE THE LAW OF DAMAGES AND THE DEVELOPMENT OF NEW SCIENCES, SUCH AS HUMAN FACTORS ENGINEERING AND BIOMECHANICS AND EMERGENCE OF NEW SCIENTIFIC EXPERTS, SUCH AS PATENT EXPERTS, TEST DRIVERS, AND MODEL MAKERS.
