THE AUTHOR HYPOTHESIZED THAT JUDGES' LENGTHS OF SERVICE, AGE, AND LOCALE (RURAL OR URBAN) WOULD ALL AFFECT THEIR WILLINGNESS TO ACCEPT CERTAIN COURT REFORMS.
Abstract
THE STUDY SAMPLE INCLUDED 59 CIRCUIT COURT JUDGES IN THE STATE OF KENTUCKY. THE THREE VARIABLES USED IN THIS STUDY ALL PROVED TO BE NON-SIGNIFICANT. JUDGES' COMMENTS TO THE SURVEY QUESTIONNAIRE ARE SUMMARIZED.
