Abstract
THE CLIMAX OF THIS PROJECT WAS THE INAUGURATION OF A RIDE-ALONG PROGRAM FOR SCOUTS WHO RECEIVED THE MOST TRAINING AND WHO DEMONSTRATED THE HIGHEST PROFICIENCY. IT SUCCEEDED IN INCREASING PATROL EFFICIENCY AND IN INTERESTING MANY YOUNG PEOPLE IN POLICE CAREERS.
