Abstract
TEXTS OF WORKS USED EXTENSIVELY IN COURTROOM PROCEEDINGS ARE PRESENTED WITH A CONSOLIDATED INDEX. THESE WORKS INCLUDE FEDERAL RULES OF CRIMINAL PROCEDURE, WITH AMENDMENTS TO JULY 15, 1978; RULES OF PROCEDURE FOR THE TRIAL OF MINOR OFFENSE BEFORE UNITED STATES MAGISTRATES, EFFECTIVE JULY 27, 1971; FEDERAL RULES OF EVIDENCE, WITH AMENDMENTS TO JULY 31, 1978; FEDERAL RULES OF APPELLATE PROCEDURE, WITH AMENDMENTS TO JULY 15, 1978; AND THE CRIMINAL CODE, TITLE 18, UNITED STATES CODE, WITH AMENDMENTS TO JULY 15, 1978. IN ADDITION, THE SEVERAL COMMITTEES ON RULES OF PRACTICE AND PROCEDURES OF THE JUDICIAL CONFERENCE OF THE UNITED STATES ARE LISTED.
