PART TWO DETAILS WARRANTLESS ARREST, SEARCH AND SEIZURE, PREPARATION OF AFFIDAVITS, EXECUTION OF WARRANTS, INTERROGATION GUIDELINES, AND PROPER LINEUP PROCEDURES.
