PART II DISCUSSES TECHNIQUES USED IN THE IDENTIFICATION DIVISION, WHILE PART III, DEALING WITH THE LABORATORY DIVISION, COVERS SUCH TOPICS AS SEROLOGY, MINERALOGY, GLASS FRACTURES, METALLURGY, RADIATION HAZARDS, EXPLOSIVES, AND BOMB SCENE SEARCHES. PART IV DESCRIBES THE COLLECTION AND PRESERVATION OF PHYSICAL EVIDENCE, PRESENTS A SAMPLE LETTER OF TRANSMITTAL, A SAMPLE LABORATORY REPORT, AND A SAMPLE FINGERPRINT REPORT, AND OFFERS SUGGESTIONS FOR HANDLING EVIDENCE.
