DISCUSSION OF LARGE-SCALE FRAUD INVOLVING MANIPULATION OF COMMERCIAL AND BANKING INFORMATION AND UNLAWFUL USE OF BUSINESS INFORMATION CENTRES IN WEST GERMANY.
Abstract
COMMERCIAL FRAUD, COMMITTED UNDER THE COVER OF APPARENTLY HONEST COMPANIES, CAUSES ENORMOUS LOSSES. THE VICTIMS ARE MAINLY MANUFACTURERS AND LARGE FIRMS OPERATING IN ALL SECTORS OF BUSINESS ACTIVITY. EXPERIENCE HAS SHOWN THAT THESE FRAUDS ARE CAREFULLY PLANNED. (AUTHOR ABSTRACT)
