Abstract
AMONG AREAS DISCUSSED ARE BUDGET, PERSONNEL, AND COURT ADMINISTRATIVE ORGANIZATION. THE APPENDIX INCLUDES AN OUTLINE OF THE GEORGIA COURTS, JURISDICTIONS, COURT PERSONNEL, ATTORNEYS, SAMPLE COMPUTER STATISTICAL REPORTS AND REPORTING REQUIREMENTS, AND AN APPELLATE COURT SURVEY. THE REPORT CONCLUDES THAT MAJOR PROBLEMS ARE STATE ORIENTED AND SHOULD BE CONFRONTED BY A CENTRAL STATE AGENCY.
