RESULTS OF AN AUDIT OF DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA CRIME STATISTICS AND REDEFINITION OF CATEGORIES IN THE UNIFORM CRIME REPORTING INDEX AFTER THE 1971 CUT-OFF DATA APPEAR IN AN AFTERWORD.
