Abstract
CASES ESTABLISHING THAT THE CONSTITUTIONAL PRINCIPLES OF DUE PROCESS AND EQUAL PROTECTION OF THE LAW APPLY TO STATE GRAND JURIES ARE EXAMINED AND THE AMBIGUITY IN THE REQUIREMENT OF THE COURTS THAT GRAND JURIES BE 'TRULY REPRESENTATIVE' OF THE COMMUNITY IS ANALYZED.
