Abstract
THE AMERICAN BAR ASSOCIATION'S POLICY ON THE GRAND JURY, CONSTITUTIONAL PERSPECTIVES ON THE GRAND JURY, AND A BIBLIOGRAPHY OF PERTINENT CASE LAW ON THE GRAND JURY ARE INCLUDED. SEPARATE ARTICLES DISCUSS REPRESENTING A CLIENT BEFORE A GRAND JURY, PREPARING THE WITNESS TO TESTIFY BEFORE A GRAND JURY, AND REPRESENTING A PUBLIC OFFICIAL OR PROMINENT BUSINESS EXECUTIVE BEFORE A GRAND JURY. ALSO CONSIDERED ARE A MANUAL FOR UNITED STATES ATTORNEYS ON TITLE 9, FEDERAL WITNESS IMMUNITY IN BUSINESS CRIME INVESTIGATIONS, AND ALTERNATIVE MOTIONS TO QUASH SUBPOENAS.
