Abstract
THIS REPORT IS DIVIDED INTO TWO MAJOR SECTIONS - ONE DETAILING THE ADMINISTRATIVE DECISIONS, FUNCTIONS, AND PROBLEMS, AND THE OTHER DEALING WITH THE RESEARCH DECISIONS, FUNCTIONS, AND PROBLEMS ENCOUNTERED IN THE PRESENT AND PREVIOUS PHASES OF THE PROJECT, AS OF THIS REPORT, A TOTAL OF 230 FOLLOW-UP CONTACTS HAD BEEN MADE (AT THREE-MONTH INTERVALS) ON EXPERIMENTAL AND CONTROL SUBJECTS RELEASED FROM TREATMENT POST-RELEASE ADJUSTMENT OF FOLLOW-UP CONTACTS WAS RATED 'EXCELLENT', 'SATISFACTORY', 'BORDERLINE', OR 'RECIDIVIST'. ALSO INCLUDED ARE FUTURE PROJECT TIMETABLES AND OBJECTIVES FOR THE THREE-MONTH PERIODS EXTENDING THROUGH DECEMBER 1974.
