Abstract
THE MATERIAL IS ORGANIZED AROUND THE MOST RECURRENT BUILDING TYPES FOUND IN STATE COURT SYSTEMS. THE FACILITIES EXAMINED IN THIS MONOGRAPH INCLUDE THE STATE COURT ADMINISTRATOR'S OFFICE, APPELLATE COURT FACILITY, TRIAL COURT FACILITY, TRIAL PROSECUTOR'S OFFICE, GRAND JURY COMPLEX, STATE DEFENDER'S OFFICE, APPELLATE DEFENDER'S OFFICE, TRIAL DEFENDER'S OFFICE, JUVENILE AND FAMILY COURT FACILITY, AND JUVENILE PRETRIAL RESIDENTIAL FACILITY. WITHIN EACH FACILITY SUBSECTION, PLANNING ISSUES AND AREA STANDARDS ARE INCLUDED.
