Abstract
THE IDENTIFICATION AND HISTORY OF COMMONLY ABUSED DRUGS IS DESCRIBED WITH THE AID OF ILLUSTRATIONS. GUIDELINES PRESENTED FOR DRUG INVESTIGATIONS INCLUDE SUGGESTIONS FOR CONDUCTING SEARCHES AND SEIZURES. THE AUTHORS DISCUSS WAYS OF HANDLING CRIMINAL DRUG USERS AND THE POLICE ROLE IN DRUG EDUCATION.
