THE STANDARDS THAT ARE PRESENTED RELATE TO THE FOLLOWING SUBJECTS - HOUSEKEEPING, MAINTENANCE (AS IT RELATES TO SANITATION), CONTROL OF COMMUNICABLE DISEASES, VERMIN AND PEST CONTROL, ENVIRONMENTAL CONTROLS, WATER, PLUMBING AND SEWAGE CONTROL, AND FOOD SANITATION.
