Abstract
THE IMPORTANCE OF REGULAR PRACTICE AND PROPER AGGRESSIVE ATTITUDE IS STRESSED. TECHNIQUES SUCH AS FREEING ONESELF, DISABLING AND DISARMING ONE'S OPPONENT, AND FALLING CORRECTLY ARE COVERED. SPECIAL DANGEROUS SITUATIONS SUCH AS DATING, HITCH-HIKING, NIGHT DRIVING, AND HOUSEHOLD VIOLENCE ARE DISCUSSED. A LIST OF RESOURCES INCLUDES REFERENCES TO PUBLICATIONS, MARTIAL ARTS GROUPS, FILMS, AND ORGANIZATIONS WHICH MAY BE OF AID IN SEEKING OR PROVIDING SUCH TRAINING.
