The third section describes patterns in City of Milwaukee homicides from 1984 to 1997, with the same details as those resented in the previous section, and compares Milwaukee and non-Milwaukee homicides. The fourth section discusses related issues, including clearances, justifiable homicide, law enforcement officers killed, homicide of infants, murder/suicide situations and homicides reported in the first 6 months of 1998.
