SUBJECTS SUCH AS SPONSORSHIP, CHARTERS, ORGANIZATIONAL MEETINGS, AND THE RECRUITMENT AND SELECTION OF POTENTIAL COMMISSION MEMBERS ARE EXAMINED. CHAPTERS DEVOTED TO FUNDING THE COMMISSION, PROGRAMS AND ACTIVITIES, AND DEVELOPING AND MAINTAINING CITIZEN INVOLVEMENT AND GOOD NEWS MEDIA RELATIONS ARE INCLUDED. A WORKING OUTLINE OF THE PREVIOUSLY DESCRIBED CHAPTERS IS INCLUDED FOR EASY REFERENCE.
