Abstract
COMMENTS ARE MADE ON THE EUROPEAN COMMISSION OF HUMAN RIGHTS AND SOME OF ITS SPECIFIC ARTICLES, SUCH AS PROPERTY AND VOTING RIGHTS, WHICH AFFECT PRISONERS. DISCUSSION CENTERS ON MATTERS WHICH ARE THE COMMON SUBJECT OF COMPLAINT BY PRISONERS, BUT WHICH THE COMMISSION HAS DECIDED ARE OUTSIDE ITS JURISDICTION. AN EXAMINATION IS ALSO MADE OF COMPLAINTS UNDER DIFFERENT ARTICLES OF THE COMMISSION'S CONVENTION.
