Abstract
THE AUTHOR REVIEWS THE INVESTIGATIONS AND EXPERIMENTS WHICH LED TO THE FORMATION OF THE SCIENTIC B BASIS FOR A NEW METHOD OF IDENTIFICATION. THIS METHOD OF IDENTIFICATION ESTABLISHED THE PROCEDURES, THE ORDER OF THE IDENTIFICATION STAGES, AND THE COLLECTION OF SAMPLES OF VOICE AND PHONATION FOR COMPARATIVE EXAMINATION PURPOSES. TWO OF THE EXPERIMENTS PERFORMED SHOWING THE POSSIBILITY OF IDENTIFYING SPEAKERS BY THEIR VOICES AND PHONATION IN NORMAL CONVERSATION ARE DESCRIBED.
