Abstract
IT TRACES THE HISTORY OF THE LABOR MOVEMENT IN THE CRIMINAL JUSTICE FIELD, CONSIDERS THE MULTILATERAL NATURE OF THESE LABOR RELATIONS, DISCUSSES ORGANIZED LABOR AND THEIR GOALS, AND ANALYZES THE EFFECTS OF VARIOUS TRENDS (CIVILANIZATION, PRODUCTIVITY BARGAINING, PARTICIPATORY MANAGEMENT, ETC.) ON THE MOVEMENT.
