Abstract
PROSECUTORS WILL BE ABLE TO INTRODUCE EVIDENCE ON A DEFENDANT'S SILENCE (PURSUANT TO HIS FIFTH AMENDMENT RIGHTS) ONLY IF THE SILENCE CAN BE SHOWN TO BE GROSSLY INCONSISTENT WITH SUBSEQUENT TESTIMONY.
