THE NUMBER AND RESULTS OF THE TRAINEES' INTERACTIONS WITH THE STATE EMPLOYMENT SERVICE WERE TABULATED TO DETERMINE THE EFFECTIVENESS OF THE TRAINING AND PLACEMENT PROGRAMS.
Abstract
RESULTS SHOWED THAT 18 (32 PERCENT) OF THE 56 TRAINEES HAD BEEN PLACED IN TRAINING-RELATED JOBS, THAT 14 (25 PERCENT) HAD REPORTED TO WORK, AND THAT 7 (13 PERCENT) WERE STILL EMPLOYED AT THOSE JOBS AT THE TIME OF THE STUDY.
